Singapore’s Nium to acquire Wirecard’s forex unit in India

The acquisition of Wirecard Forex will mark Nium’s entry into the Indian market, where it will directly engage in a variety of payment services, such as currency conversion, money transfer and prepaid card issuance, CEO Prajit Nanu says.
