Australian billionaire to help small publishers strike content deals with Google, Facebook

Andrew Forrest's Minderoo Foundation says it will submit an application with Australia’s competition regulator to allow small publishers to negotiate with Google and Facebook and secure licensing deals for the supply of news content.
