Design-linked sops on the anvil for small companies to create local cloud solutions

The idea is to foster innovation which will challenge the duopoly of Amazon and Google in the space, a senior government official said. In the works is a design-linked incentive (DLI) scheme by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
