Manipur CM announces welfare schemes for education, sports and women empowerment

Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh announced the launch of multiple welfare schemes in January. These include the Khungang Ama, Sanabung Ama scheme, the Chief Minister's Sportspersons Livelihood Guarantee Scheme, and the Ima Nongthang Leima Yaipha Tengbang Scheme. Additionally, Singh introduced the School Fagathansi 2.0 and College Fagathansi schemes to improve educational infrastructure. Furthermore, financial packages will be provided to displaced individuals and farmers through the Chief Minister's Farmer Livelihood Scheme.
