Seven chip designs made by startups under the design-linked incentive (DLI) scheme for semiconductors have been successfully fabricated, including advanced nodes such as 12 nanometres (nm) by global majors like Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co, the government told the Lok Sabha Wednesday.
