West Virginia awards $5 million grant to Catholic college for expansion and think tank

The grant will fund vocational training, a satellite campus, and a conservative think tank. While the project is set to benefit the region's workforce, it has raised concerns due to the lack of a required recommendation from state officials and the college’s focus on political advocacy, reports the Herald Star.
